This policy explains how data provided through volaz.es, a website presenting property photography and film services under the VOLAZ name, is processed.
2. Data, purposes and legal bases
The quote form collects your name, email, phone and company where provided, property location and type, requested service, date, spaces, editing requirements and project details. This information is used to handle your enquiry, prepare a proposal and maintain necessary communications. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). General enquiries are handled on the basis of consent given when submitting them (Article 6(1)(a)). This data will not be used for advertising without a separate legal basis.
Required fields are marked on the form. Requests cannot be processed without the necessary information. Do not include sensitive data or unnecessary third-party information.
